Recreate the hero low ponytail look from ZANKOV Spring Summer 2027 at New York Fashion Week runway, as presented by globally acclaimed Hair Stylist Junya Nakashima.

Creating texture for the graphic low ponytail
Step One

Prep. Apply Mr. Smith Mousse but only to the roots on top, from the crown, front area down to the eyebrow line and along the face-framing sections. Blow dry the hair to create a subtle amount of texture and body.

Step Two

Create Texture. Lightly dampen the hair with water, starting approximately 5 cm away from the roots through to the ends. Apply Mr. Smith Primer section by section, over the dampened areas. Diffuse the hair until completely dry.

Step Three

Low Ponytail. Comb the hair back and create a low ponytail. Use Mr. Smith Hairspray to smooth and secure the shape.

Step Four

Finish the Ends. Apply Mr. Smith Leave In to the ends to slightly define and bring the hair together, while keeping a natural texture.

Headband & Final Texture. Place the headband. Finish by adding texture to the sides of the hair and the ponytail using Mr. Smith Hairspray .
